Description

This experiment has been inspired by a project my parents worked on while they were at university: trying to find a 'scaffold' which can be used to render all of the characters in the alphabet. The scaffold can be manipulated using the editor on the right. Most of the common mono-space fonts I know of can be recreated with the implemented character structure. Next step: character animation! Built with Processing (www.processing.org).

Comment: Double the vertical height, take out the angles and replace with two circles above each other and add diagonals from corner to corner...you'll get all the numbers too then!So thats two circles one above the other, a rectangle around the circles, mid point vertical and horizontal axes and corner to corner diagonals ok?Squash the height for 'squarer' characters...the circles would then become eliptical.Hope this helps

Name Keef the Duck

That's actually kind of awesome. Well done.
